FAQ & Site Info
All products are smoke free and come from a very clean home! I take extra care to wipe down or wash any used items before shipping so they are clean and germ free. I take cleanliness very seriously which is something that not everyone takes the time to do, especially during the winter when flu and cold season is prominent.
I ship to United States mainland plus Alaska and Hawaii using the United States Postal Service. Orders will be shipped same day Monday thru saturday unless you order later in the evening when the post office is already closed for the day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please allow 2-5 business days for arrival of your package, and it can sometimes take 3-4 days longer during the harsh weather winter months or Christmas/holiday season.
All orders include package tracking so you may track the location of your items during shipment. You will be sent a final email with this information when your order ships.
If you order multiple items your shipping charges are automatically discounted based on the overall weight of your items. Discount will be reflected during the final steps of the checkout process.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards. I also accept Paypal payments. I do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, e-checks, or wire transfers.
Please check your name and address when filling out the order form at checkout and make sure your information is correct with no typographical or spelling errors. If using Paypal for your purchase, please check your shipping information in your account for possible errors before submitting your payment because the address on your paypal account is the address I will ship to. Paypal will only allow me ship to YOUR address that is listed in YOUR paypal account. If you provide me with the wrong shipping information I am not responsible if the package gets sent to the wrong address and someone other than you dishonestly takes the package, or if it gets lost by the post office due to confusion. If the package is returned to me as failed delivery you will have to pay additional postage costs if you want the items re-shipped. The post office does not re-ship for free. If you do not want the package re-sent and decide to cancel the order, your refund will only include the price of the items. You will not be reimbursed for original shipping or return shipping, and if the post office charges me to take the package back, the amount that the USPS charges me will also be deducted from your refund amount. Errors made when filling out the order form are NOT my fault, so I am not liable for any type of reimbursement should a problem arise.
