My aim is to provide all customers with quality products that are listed honestly and accurately with plenty of photos so you can see exactly what you are buying from me. I strive to provide great customer service in a family friendly atmosphere, with fast shipping, reasonable postage costs, and gifts that will make even the most picky recipients smile. PRIVACY POLICY: Your personal information will never shared with anyone as I value your safety. Your email address and physical address will NOT be added to any marketing or mailing lists. Your payment information is safe when you order with Tiger Creek, I do not have access to your financial information, debit card numbers, etc. The Only thing I see when you order from me is your name, mailing address, and contact email.

RETURNS POLICY: All sales are final unless I (the store owner) have made a mistake with your order that was clearly my fault. If I make a mistake, you will be compensated and I will fix any problems right away. Sometimes I may make an exception and accept a return even if I did not make a mistake, those returns will be accepted on an individual basis at my discretion.

Anytime a return is made the buyer will be expected to return the items to me before a refund will be issued. I cannot allow the buyer to keep the items and get a refund too because in order to make my money back I will need to resell the items you return. The items must arrive back at my location first, then a refund will be issued for the cost of the items that are returned only. I cannot refund original shipping costs as the post office will not refund those fees to me either.

For any returns that are approved, the items MUST be sent back in their original package, box, or bag or with the original tags still attached. Items cannot be used, opened, or damaged by the buyer. Any plastic wrap or seals must be fully in tact. Item must arrive back to me in the same condition in which it was sent to you. Any food products or makeup cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: I package my items very carefully but I realize that accidents do happen. If an item arrives to you broken or the package is completely destroyed please contact me at your earliest convenience (within 24 hours is best) after your order arrives. If something is broken, normally it's because one of the postal employees was careless when handling your package. Get in touch with me, and I can help. If an item is completely destroyed you do not have to send it back to me but you must send a photograph of the damaged item as proof that the item is really damaged, otherwise I will require that you send the item back to me.

ORDER MISTAKES: If I make a mistake with your order, contact me as soon as you can after your order is received and I will correct any issues you may have had. If the mistake costs you money such as paying for additional postage to send something back to me, I will compensate you for it if you will contact me and let me know. I can email you a pre-paid postage return label. All you have to do is pull up the label on Microsoft Word or Works and print it, then affix it to the box your order originally came in by pasting the label over top of the original postage label.

BUYER REMORSE/CHANGED MIND: I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse such as you changed your mind, suddenly needed your money back to pay a bill, or found the item elsewhere for a cheaper price. So please be sure you wish to follow thru with your payment before placing an order. I operate my business as one of my main income sources and just like everyone else I have monthly financial obligations so I do not accept returns 'just because' as I would be unable to guarantee that I would have the funds necessary to reimburse you for your order if I allowed customers to request returns on a regular basis.

MEASUREMENTS: are provided for clothing articles, wearable accessories, and jewelry, so there should be no need to make a return because an item was too small or large. This is why I provide measurements in these listings, for your convenience so you can make an informed decision before you purchase as I realize that no two clothing brands are alike when it comes to stated sizes. Buyer is expected to measure themselves when purchasing clothing, belts, hats, scarves, jewelry articles or other similar wearable pieces. I do not issue refunds for size and fit problems.
