The shipping price specified on each listing page within my store, is the price you'll pay if you order ONLY that one item by itself. If you order multiple items your shipping charges are automatically combined and discounted based on the weight of all items that you added to your cart. Your discounted postage rate will be reflected during the final steps of the checkout process. You DO NOT have to contact me for refunds or adjustments unless you feel there was a calculation error during checkout (i.e. you were charged $19.95 shipping for one item, when it was supposed to be $5.95; if so, Please contact me so I can fix!).

For customers ordering to: -U.S. mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii -Virgin Islands (U.S.), Virgin Islands (Brazil, most territories), Guam, Chile, Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, Caribbean, Jamaica Queens -American Somoa, Italy (most territories), Czech Republic, Prague/Kuwait/Quaiti, Denmark/Finland, Bali and most of Afghanistan/Turkey Shipping is offered through: -USPS (United States Postal Service - for U.S. orders; 2 to 10-day Parcel Post and 2 to 4-day Priority), and -USPS Intl. (United States 2 to 10-day Parcel Post and 2 to 4-day Priority Postal Services to Denmark Post, British Ground or Air Mail, Caribbean Post/USPS Bali/USPS Caribbean/Caymen Region and DHL/DHL Express. I also offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Priority (If you need a USPS alternative, I offer FedEx for international orders with a sub-total of $150 or more before postage charges are added; upon custom request only, please send email to inquire). Most U.S. orders are filled and ship within 1 to 3 'non-weekend' business days after receipt and; with an ETA (estimated arrival time) of 2 to 10 additional days in transit (aka, delivery time) for Parcel Post -OR- 2 to 4 additional days in transit (delivery time) for Priority with the exception of a custom order, handmade gift orders and, orders that require me to locate and utilize an alternative shipping provider like FedEx and DHL.

For customers in Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping provided through the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days and generally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive during non-holiday seasons. During winter months (for inclement weather in our U.S. regions) or holiday seasons (for increases in gift shipments) please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Package tracking is automatic for all orders and, you will receive an email accompanying your order with details and a link where you can track during delivery.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of items that are damaged on arrival (i.e. already broken when they arrived in the mail) or; lost or stolen packages that are insured which; a refund may be requested for in the form of a deposit back to your payment card or Paypal account. In most cases and, with a few photos emailed to me (for damaged items), a full refund can be issued however, refunds on shipping/handling charges can only be issued for packages that are insured and gaurantee a postage refund. I offer insurance on select items already factored into the price and; for your convenience, I occasionally take request to purchase insurance for certain items that aren't necessarily high value or breakable (usually customers in high theft areas). I Insure (by default) the following types of merchandise: -Breakables/figures/glasswares -Vintage or Antique plastic figures that are hollow -Vintage Holiday decor (even Halloween and Ostera) -Electronics -Precious-metal jewelry or costume and OOAk jewelry over a certain price -Some toys i.e.; vintage, wooden, aluminum, lego sets, Hasbro and Mattel dolls NIP/NOS, rare MLP/Funko/KidRobot/Tokidoki blind bag and box figures, Pokemon, Digital/Nano pets and Tamagotchi and; Kawaii/Sanrio/San-x/SanXJapan tidbits, origami/washi/scrapbook/foil 'papier' and stationery that are over a certain value or RareHTF -Shirts/Pants/Skirts/Jackets/Shoes and Scarves NWT/NWOT/ and Used, over a certain value (*Insurance is required on all 'international' clothing orders). Additional Details on Insurance Claims/ Refunds: Insurance claims take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks (U.S. orders) and 10 to 32 weeks (International orders; Canada averages 8 to 12 weeks unless US $currency was used then, some claims may take as little as 2 weeks to process. If you need my assistance filing an insurance claim or need me to do it for you, I can, however, I can only file a claim for you if you still have your original package tracking number, insurance claim number, your order number and, the phone number associated with your order or a phone number that is associated with your Paypal account.
