All sales are final. I do not offer product returns or exchanges however, if there is a problem with your order and it was clearly my fault, please contact me and I will make it right. If you are offered an exception and issued a refund (whether in part or in full) all items that you are issued a refund for must be returned to me before your money will be reimbursed. You will only be refunded for the price of the item(s) to be returned and all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging (if applicable) in an undamaged resale-able state. I do not refund original shipping costs however, if you have to return an item back to me because of a mistake that I made, I will pay to have your items shipped back to my location.
The shipping price specified on each listing page within my store, is the price you'll pay if you order only that item alone. If you order multiple items your shipping charges are automatically discounted based on the weight of all items combined. Your discounted postage rate will be reflected during the final steps of the checkout process.
All orders include package tracking so you may track your order during transit. You will receive a final email with your tracking number and carrier information when your order ships.
I offer shipping to the U.S. mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii through the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped same day or next day, Monday thru Saturday, and generally take 2-5 business days to arrive during normal non-holiday seasons. With the exception of an occasional heavy or oversized item, customers in Alaska and Hawaii are charged the same low postage rates as my mainland customers.
All products in my store are guaranteed smoke free! In regards to previously used items: all clothing articles are washed prior to shipment, all toys are wiped clean (if needed), and all vintage items will arrive free of dust.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards. I also accept Paypal payments. I do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, e-checks, or wire transfers.
