ALL SALES ARE FINAL(with a few extenuating circumstances in which return requests may actually be granted).
REFUNDS FOR BUYER REMORSE:
• I DO NOT accept product returns or issue refunds (whether partial or in full) for reasons of buyer remorse as in:
"I changed my mind and simply don't want the item anymore" or "I found an item from another store that I want more and I need a refund from you so I can afford that other item." or "I found this item cheaper at another location or website".
REFUNDS FOR OTHER BUYER OBLIGATIONS:
• I DO NOT accept product returns or issue refunds (whether partial or in full) for reasons of financial or other obligations as in "I just realized one of my monthly bills was higher than expected and I need a refund from you so I can cover the cost of my bill in full."
All customers are provided with honest and accurate information in my product listings so you can make an informed decision about your purchase, up front. I am NOT responsible or liable for impulse buys or poor decisions on the part of the customer.
REFUNDS FOR MY OWN ERRORS:
• I WILL However, ACCEPT refund and return requests if there is a problem with your order and it was clearly my fault. Please contact me with your name, order number, order date and, your concerns to make a request. If an error is discovered on MY part, I will make it right.
If you are granted a return and offered a refund due to MY OWN error, ALL items that you are issued a refund for MUST be returned to me before any refunds will be issued to you. You MAY NOT keep the items which you have complained about and still expect a refund!!!
You will only be refunded for the PRICE of the item(s) that need to be returned (minus all original shipping costs) and ONLY AFTER such items have been returned to and received by me.
All items MUST be returned in the same condition in which they were originally received including all original packaging, boxes, plastic wrap, tags, gift pouches, gift boxes, and free included gifts (if applicable) and, in an undamaged resale-able state.
If I have made a crucial error such as, sending you the wrong order in entirety, I will pay your return shipping costs to send the item(s) back to me and, when your correct order is shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping costs. I will cover this for you, free of charge! I am happy to report that this has never happened and I have selling online for 16 years so, no worries!
REFUNDS FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL ITEMS:
• This would be an item that arrives to you broken or damaged and it was NOT listed as having any damages when you bought it such as:
An item that was sold as "new in package" and the package itself arrives severely damaged even though it was listed and pictured as perfect or near perfect or, an item that was listed as "new without packaging" or "excellent, like new" condition with NO flaws mentioned in the listing and it arrives with unexpected or severe damage.
Insured USPS Packages:
If this occurs, I can only replace items that were shipped with additional insurance from the USPS and, in that case, I can file a claim with the Post office on your behalf and get you a full refund. This will take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks time to file and process the claim and, issue you your refund. And, I can only file a claim for you if you still have your original package tracking number, insurance claim number and, your order number.
Non-Insured USPS Packages:
I am NOT liable or responsible to cover any costs for items that are sent to you non-insured (without additional shipping insurance included) that arrive to you damaged or broken as this would be the fault of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or one of their employees / mail carriers due to their own miss-handling of your package.
More Information About USPS Insurance:
Items over a certain dollar value are automatically insured for your protection and, all breakable or fragile items are heavily padded, boxed, and marked as "Fragile" in several areas on the box to prevent intentional miss-handling from USPS employees. I do my part to keep your items safe during transit however, if you have purchased a cheaper item and you would safer with having additional insurance added to your package, you may contact me and, if your items have not already been shipped, I can add insurance to it for an additional fee as this is not a free service. The USPS charges for it.
