Terms of ServiceAll sales are final. I do not offer product returns or exchanges however, if there is a problem with your order and it was clearly my fault, please contact me and I will make it right.
If you are offered an exception and issued a refund (whether in part or in full) all items that you are issued a refund for must be returned to me before your money will be reimbursed. You will only be refunded for the price of the item(s) to be returned and all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging (if applicable) in an undamaged resale-able state.
I do not refund original shipping costs however, if you have to return an item back to me because of a mistake that I made, I will pay to have your items shipped back to my location.
